Cocktail au champagne

Une boisson rafraichissante pour l'été.

Préparation pour 20 personnes.

Saison : toutes

Ingrédients

  • 3/4 de bouteille (60 cl environ) d'alcool de litchi (Soho ou autre)
  • 2 boîtes de litchis au sirop (565 g chacune)
  • 2 boîtes de boisson aux litchis (25 cl chacune) non gazeuse
  • gingembre confit haché (une poignée) ou gelée de gingembre (que l'on liquéfie en réchauffant)
  • 2 bouteilles de champagne brut ou blanc de blanc très frais, limite glacées
  • quelques fraises et des piques en bois

Préparation

  1. La veille, verser dans un grand récipient la liqueur de litcho, le jus des deux boîtes de litchis, les deux boîtes de boisson aux litchis et le gingembre.
  2. Réfrigérer.
  3. Avant de servir, verser les deux bouteilles de champagne.
  4. Pour soigner la préparation, sur les petites piques en bois, enfiler un litchi et une fraise.
  5. Disposer dans chaque flûte (ou chaque verre) avant de servir.
